Pumpkin & Apple Spice Yogurt {Dairy Free}

November 16, 2017 by Dawn

Pumpkin & Apple Spice Yogurt {Dairy Free}There are seasonal flavored yogurts in the aisles for fall and I’ve decided to take mine up just a notch or two! I have made two over-the-top sinfully delicious yogurts that I will eat for breakfast and sometimes dessert; they’re just that good. No refined sugar and nothing you can’t pronounce on the ingredient list. Up first up is Pumpkin & Apple Spice Yogurt made with coconut milk and a blend of fresh pumpkin, homemade apple date butter, fragrant cinnamon, crunchy raw organic walnuts and protein powder. The second mix is the Dirty Chai Yogurt on the next post!Pumpkin & Apple Spice Yogurt {Dairy Free}There are a couple types of nondairy yogurt out there and the best in flavor and texture by far is Kite Hill made with almond milk. I love the vanilla flavor with a touch of raw sugar (you can see the specks of vanilla beans) or the plain is great too as it has just a smidge of sweet. After a bowl of this yogurt all cravings are met 😊 and no stuffy nose because there is no dairy at all.I try to get at least one scoop of collagen protein powder in each day, my {fav} has 22 grams a serving! If you have stiff joints, thin hair or nails, wrinkles, scars, stretch marks or even a leaky gut; collagen is something that you may want to consider. I really like the bulletproof brand as I know that their products have an extremely high integrity level of the sources and process they use in all of their products. It is tasteless, not clumpy and absorbs rapidly. I use it in my coffee, soups, smoothies and……yogurt! This dairy free yogurt flavor party is;
  • Gluten free
  • Dairy free
  • Low in raw sugar
