Dirty Chai Yogurt

November 16, 2017 by Dawn

Dirty Chai Yogurt {Dairy Free}There are seasonal flavored yogurts in the aisles for fall and I’ve decided to take mine up just a notch or two! I have made two over-the-top sinfully delicious yogurts that I will eat for breakfast and sometimes dessert; they’re just that good. No refined sugar and nothing you can’t pronounce on the ingredient list. This dirty chai yogurt is inspired by one of my favorites when I go to a specialty coffee house. Ever had one? You must next time if you haven’t yet! It’s a combo of a chai latte and a shot of espresso. I don’t see it on the menu much, but any barista knows about it. Kinda like an animal style In and Out burger; it’s on the behind the scene devout customer secret list!Dirty Chai Yogurt {Dairy Free}Here in this lovely bowl are all the flavors and scents of chai; cinnamon, cardamom, allspice and coffee. I add in raw cashews to give it more of a hearty bite and some collagen protein powder {my fav}. You can use an instant quality coffee or put your setting on super fine and grind your own favorite {my fav}; they both will dissolve. Check out my other fall favorite pumpkin apple spice yogurt while your here too! There are a couple types of nondairy yogurt out there and the best in flavor and texture by far is Kite Hill made with almond milk. I love the vanilla flavor with a touch of raw sugar (you can see the specks of vanilla beans!) or the plain is great too as it has just a smidge of sweet. After a bowl of this yogurt all cravings are met 😊 and no stuffy nose because there is no dairy at all.I try to get at least one scoop of collagen protein powder in each day, my {fav} has 22 grams a serving! If you have stiff joints, thin hair or nails, wrinkles, scars, stretch marks or even a leaky gut; collagen is something that you may want to consider. I really like the bulletproof brand as I know that their products have an extremely high integrity level of the sources and process they use in all of their products. It is tasteless, not clumpy and absorbs rapidly. I use it in my coffee, soups, smoothies and……yogurt! Dirty Chai Yogurt {Dairy Free}This bowl of yuma-nums is;
